This is a beautiful paper with just the right amount of sheen to show the image perfectly!

What kind of paper do you use for your prints?
I use Archival Matte Fine Art Paper (230 gsm), a smooth, neutral-white, matte paper for high-quality fine art, photo reproduction, and decor.This is the best paper for accurate color reproduction, and is acid-free for a longer print life with pigment inks. It features an instant-dry coating that resists fingerprints and smudging.
How to do if an item is defective / wrong?
You can contact me and tell me about the problem. I would appreciate to have images / pictures of the damage or what you perceive is wrong.
Are the frames included?
No they are not. The items are sold without frame.
What are the delivery times?

The quality of the print was great. Unfortunately waited over a month for it to arrive as it appeared it may have been lost in the mail. Ultimately, to the seller's credit, they did reprint and reship it, in which case it was here in a couple days!

Lovely blue color on bird. Sent back bird print because it did not match room and Daves office was not helpful at all. Now they tell me they never received it so i'm out 30.00.
