What kind of paper do you use for your prints?
I use Archival Matte Fine Art Paper (230 gsm), a smooth, neutral-white, matte paper for high-quality fine art, photo reproduction, and decor.This is the best paper for accurate color reproduction, and is acid-free for a longer print life with pigment inks. It features an instant-dry coating that resists fingerprints and smudging.
How to do if an item is defective / wrong?
You can contact me and tell me about the problem. I would appreciate to have images / pictures of the damage or what you perceive is wrong.
Are the frames included?
No they are not. The items are sold without frame.

Je modifie ma note de quelques points mais il y a plusieurs items dont la livraison malgré les dires de l’artisan qui est pris en compte ! La livraison a été rapide pour selon la distance de l’envoi pourtant il y a eu des cafouillages !! Pour le service client, je mets 5 , réactif et compréhensif !! Pour l’achat en lui-même, il est arrivé froissé et le prix du départ a 40€ pour une impression ne les vaut pas !! Heureusement une promotion du vendeur m’a permis de l’acheter sans regret !!
