If you don't find the size you need, or if you want a new design or a color change, please contact me and I will create a customized solution for you. Color changes and size changes are absolutely free.
What kind of paper do you use for your prints?
I use Archival Matte Fine Art Paper (230 gsm), a smooth, neutral-white, matte paper for high-quality fine art, photo reproduction, and decor.This is the best paper for accurate color reproduction, and is acid-free for a longer print life with pigment inks. It features an instant-dry coating that resists fingerprints and smudging.
How to do if an item is defective / wrong?
You can contact me and tell me about the problem. I would appreciate to have images / pictures of the damage or what you perceive is wrong.
Are the frames included?
No they are not. The items are sold without frame.
What are the delivery times?

My poor review is less to do with the product and more to do with the seller. In person, the whale print is more purple than blue and I asked if I could return it. I was told that the return cost would be on me (which is fine) and that I would only be refunded half the cost because I purchased it on sale. Even though the print was not 50% off when I purchased it and the listing states that returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. I promptly asked where the disclosure is about a reduced reimbursement when purchasing at a discount and never got a response. I recommend purchasing from a different seller.
