What kind of paper do you use for your prints?
I use Archival Matte Fine Art Paper (230 gsm), a smooth, neutral-white, matte paper for high-quality fine art, photo reproduction, and decor.This is the best paper for accurate color reproduction, and is acid-free for a longer print life with pigment inks. It features an instant-dry coating that resists fingerprints and smudging.
How to do if an item is defective / wrong?
You can contact me and tell me about the problem. I would appreciate to have images / pictures of the damage or what you perceive is wrong.
Are the frames included?
No they are not. The items are sold without frame.

This shop was recommended to me for its excellent quality. I was looking for some vintage Halloween images that weren't the usual ones I find in every store. I have to say the quality of the item is excellent, and the definition is perfect. I had read the last review on this item, but my experience was completely different and very positive. I contacted Dave for some advice, and he was very helpful. Since he also offers printing services, I'd print them there if I needed them.

I ignored negative reviews and his passive-aggressive responses. The listings are misleading: Etsy says it's a digital download, so I bought 2 items.OVERPRICED for only 1 file sent for each item at almost $9, double what other shops charge for more files included.The file isn't immediately available;he sends it and only asks which size you want.It feels like an excuse.He sent me 1 color per item,not all the colors from the listing-I've got the screens-and only after 3 days!Very low quality and res: 72 dpi! 1 of the 2 is the wrong size: a 2:3 ratio instead of 3:4; you have to resize it because it’s not the requested size.I wouldn’t buy from this shop even physical prints like Dave suggested: all his prints are available in other Etsy shops with better quality and colors, even though Dave says they’re original and only in his shop
