What kind of paper do you use for your prints?
I use Archival Matte Fine Art Paper (230 gsm), a smooth, neutral-white, matte paper for high-quality fine art, photo reproduction, and decor.This is the best paper for accurate color reproduction, and is acid-free for a longer print life with pigment inks. It features an instant-dry coating that resists fingerprints and smudging.
How to do if an item is defective / wrong?
You can contact me and tell me about the problem. I would appreciate to have images / pictures of the damage or what you perceive is wrong.
Are the frames included?
No they are not. The items are sold without frame.

This was perfect! The quality of this item is far better than I thought! It is printed on a thicker paper, so it's not flimsy at all! The item was shipped in a tube and arrived perfectly. The text is easy to read - I bought the grey color and can't wait to get it hung!
